Eastern Slope Inn is situated in the center of North Conway Village, within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and the theater. The property is a short drive from Attitash Ski Resort, Great Glen Outdoor Center, and Mount Washington. Behind the resort, marked walking trails lead directly to the Saco River and through apple orchards.

Flatbreads Restaurant is located on the grounds, offering a full bar and rotating menu with fresh ingredients. The resort also has a barber/beauty shop and a games room with billiards, ping-pong, and air hockey. Guests can enjoy evening entertainment at the outdoor fire pit or attend performances at the MD Playhouse on the property.
